You will receive an invoice order acknowledgement to confirm your order. This will include all shipping and any taxes. This will be the invoice to turn in to your accounting dept. for pre-payment.

All orders will be shipped via Ground, Local Courier or Postal Service unless otherwise arranged.
Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 12-15 days for decorated goods. Shipping time is additional.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All decorated items are custom made at time of ordering. No returns will be accepted unless it was an error on EGI's part.
